With the first day of school for the Fall 2007 semester under way, those people accustomed to finding parking spots over the summer were in for a rude awakening this morning.Nary an open parking spot to be found in the MBBS lot.
"I drove into the lot and saw a sweet open spot right between a dinky red Nissan and sweet silver SUV," said a source deep within the administration building at the MB Biblical Seminary. "But when I turned the wheel to pull in, I saw a sneaky little bike in my shaded spot."
Better luck next time buddy.

That's what all you people who are still driving cars get. Lots of people who work in and around MBBS have found alternative ways to get to work. At the very least, you could carpool, like Allen Guenther and Anne Guenther do. Or you could bike, like Lynn Jost does. Maybe you could combine them, and bikepool, like Snoop and Dre do. I walk to work, and of course Jim has his hot air balloon. There are just so many alternatives to driving, it's almost hard to believe I'm telling the truth about any of it.
This one time I saw one of our faculty somersaulting to work -- for real, sort of. (Or not at all.)
